Ingredients (for 3 servings):
  • 350g. of comprehensive noodles dry.
  • ½ kilo of artichokes fresh.
  • 1 ½ cup of skim milk.
  • Grated cheese light.
  • 2 chopped green onions.
  • 1 green pepper boy.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • RocĂ­o plant.
  • Pepper
  • Oregano

Preparation:
First you will have to boil the artichokes and let cool. Then in a pan sprayed with vegetable spray must cook the green onions, green chillies and garlic cloves.
